Global IT Resources is Hiring a Practice Coordinator Near San Francisco, CA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our medical practice. The Practice Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative and financial aspects of the practice, ensuring smooth operations, and providing support to the medical staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including scheduling, billing, and patient flow
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective practice operations
- Oversee budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue, managing accounts payable and receivable, and preparing financial reports
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Handle human resources functions such as employee onboarding, payroll administration, and benefits management
- Collaborate with external vendors, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to optimize practice operations
- Implement systems for electronic health records (EHR) management and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ordering as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in medical practice management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in medical management or healthcare administration role
- Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and financial management
- Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using practice management software (e.g., Dentrix)
- Experience in veterinary or critical care settings is a plus
