Construction foreman opportunity with an established general contractor in Chattanooga, TN
The Construction Foreman is responsible for the overall management and execution of construction projects to ensure successful project completion. Responsibilities include, but are not limited toto perform duties associated with general construction, site management. Must be highly organized with the ability to plan ahead and multi task.
Responsibilities:
o Ability to read construction plans
o Responsible for leading and motivating a crew
o Knowledge of underground water/sewer pipe installation, grading and site work
o Work with site superintendents to resolve issues that arise on a routine basis
Knowledge and Experience
o Ability to read and understand construction documents
o Ability to operate equipment and power tools
o Exceptional organizational skills
o Strong oral and written communication skills
o Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Qualifications:
o Minimum 2 years of work experience construction projects.
o Be able to pass Drug screening, and a Driver's License History check
