Global Information Technology is Hiring an IT Manager (MDM) Near Michigan, MI
- As an IT Manager - you will manage all aspects of the execution of projects and services in the Master Data Management area (MDM - Architecture & Governance).
- Drive MDM and Data Governance adoption, focus on executing the MDM strategy, and enhancing business value derived from master data through strong data governance and stewardship.
- Implement an ITIL approach to Service Delivery Management; manage to SLA and KPIs
- Responsible for interacting with and influencing key global stakeholders to educate, build consensus, make decisions, and execute plans and programs that utilize and support master data standards
- Engage with customers and other stakeholder groups, as necessary, to foster productive relationships and move forward through the change journey at the appropriate pace to ensure successful execution of the plan
- Oversee the delivery of training and support to end users and assist in providing change management to the organization
- Ensure alignment between the EA application roadmap and master data strategy
- 8 years of experience in IT, Finance and business / industry work experience
- 5 years of experience in Project Management / Agile delivery
- 4 years of hands-on experience as a business or technical user of a large ERP experience in manufacturing or similar industry preferred.
- 3 years direct experience in MDM analysis, design, development, support and operations with a leading MDM tool suite preferred
- Awareness of MDM trends, MDM concepts and tools in the market. In depth knowledge of master data governance and management principles and concepts preferred
