Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical research studies. Duties:
- Assist in the planning and implementation of clinical research studies
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from clinical trials
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines
- Monitor study sites and conduct site visits to ensure adherence to study protocols and data quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including investigators, sponsors, and regulatory authorities
- Assist in the preparation of study documentation such as informed consent forms, case report forms, and study reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date study records and documentation
- Participate in data analysis and reporting activities
- Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clinical research activities

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or related field
- Previous experience in clinical research or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of research laboratory techniques such as mammalian cell culture, Western blotting, PCR, chromatography, and tissue culture
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as SAS or R
- Familiarity with cell biology and molecular biology techniques
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
