```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and self motivated Shipping and Receiving Manager to join our team. The Shipping and Receiving Manager will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of raw materials to machine operators.

```Responsibilities```
- Unloading / loading trucks
- Inspect incoming shipments for discrepancies and damages or defects
- Prepare outbound shipments (palletizing, stretch wrapping, paperwork)
- Organizing/maintaining raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse
- Supply raw materials to the machine operators
- Remove trash from machine areas
- Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed

```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
