*** We need: A senior Project Manager who has RECENT experience managing Generative AI projects on an enterprise level. Candidates need to have experience with Generative AI techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and reinforcement learning. **Candidates must have Long Projects/Good Tenure, Excellent communication skills and a State issued ID (Not Bills) showing they are Local.

Candidates must be LOCAL to the NEW YORK or NEW JERSEY area and COMMUTE into the office THREE TIMES A WEEK. NO RELOCATION CONSIDERED.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to lead our Generative AI projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in the field of artificial intelligence, with a focus on generative models. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Generative AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Generative AI projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, engineers, designers, and product managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that may impact project success.
• Manage project resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and equipment.
• Communicate project status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders and leadership.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages experimentation and learning.
• Stay informed about the latest developments and trends in Generative AI and apply best practices to project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably with a focus on AI or machine learning projects.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI techniques, including GANs, VAEs, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software development tools and platforms used in AI projects (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Jupyter Notebook).
