Overview:
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Packer/Shipper to join our team. As a Packer/Shipper, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient packaging and shipping of products. This is a full-time position in our warehouse facility.

Responsibilities:
- Pack products according to established guidelines and procedures
- Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Perform order picking and packing duties
- Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to meet production goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Familiarity with order picking and packing processes
- Ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required
