Are you an experienced professional with over 2 years of vendor compliance expertise? We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with specific skills and knowledge in vendor compliance and related areas to join our team.
Remote Role with Onsite Training
After completing initial training, this role offers remote work opportunities. The training will be conducted onsite to ensure you have all the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this position.
Key Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with major retailer compliance requirements, routing guides, and vendor violation processes
- Basic understanding of EDI transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and lookup functions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain is beneficial
- Familiarity with SAP, GXS, and Intertrade catalogue is a plus
Maintain up-to-date documentation on Customer Compliance requirements and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Guideline Review
Review and provide guidance on differences between vendor guide requirements and internal guidelines to ensure alignment and compliance.
On-boarding Support
Facilitate the smooth on-boarding process of new accounts, whether EDI or non-EDI, to ensure seamless integration and compliance.
