Experienced Maintenance Technician for Manufacturing Industry
Requirements
Acquire and maintain detailed understanding of processes and equipment
Disassemble, clean, and repair equipment both mechanically and electrically
Perform minor electronic repairs, calibration, and alignment of equipment
Resolve equipment process and product problems using established methods and technical resources
Collaborate with associates, management, and vendors to troubleshoot equipment issues
Manage maintenance tasks aligned with daily production plans to ensure timely completion with high quality standards
Manage work orders and resources efficiently to meet budget goals
Monitor and maintain supply inventory, process tooling, fixtures, and equipment for optimal functionality
Enter and analyze maintenance data using maintenance management software
Communicate effectively with facility management staff to provide necessary support and updates

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in highly automated manufacturing, lean manufacturing/continuous flow operations
- Available for various shifts including 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th shifts based on business needs
- Flexibility with shift schedules
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, oral and written communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Competency in Microsoft software applications
