Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Snaplogic Lead to join our team. As a Snaplogic Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Snaplogic integration solutions to meet the business needs of our organization.

You will lead a team of developers and engineers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and support throughout the entire development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration technologies, particularly Snaplogic, along with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Snaplogic integration solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers and engineers.
• Develop and maintain best practices for Snaplogic development and integration.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Snaplogic integrations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Snaplogic developer or architect, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers and engineers.
• In-depth knowledge of Snaplogic platform features, components, and capabilities.
• Proficiency in Snaplogic pipeline development, including designing, configuring, and testing.
• Familiarity with other integration technologies and tools is a plus (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Snaplogic certification(s) is a plus.
• Experience with cloud-based integrations (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience working in an enterprise environment.
