Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Patrol Officer. As a Patrol Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our premises. Responsibilities:
- Patrolling and monitoring activities on the client's premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure.
- Deterring trespassers and violators.
- Controlling and manning the entrance and departure of employees, visitors and vehicles according to protocols.
- Providing detailed reports on daily activities and any incidents that may have occurred to management.
- Using provided communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner.
- Conducting patrols and reporting observations and patrols to radio dispatchers.
- Keeping an eye on the parking area and Entrance/Exit for crime suppression. Very low crime location, just needing a high visibility deterrent.
Skills:
- Knowledge of CPR and First Aid procedures
- Proficient in surveillance techniques and the use of CCTV systems
- Familiarity with militarized equipment and protocols is a plus
- Strong conflict management skills to handle difficult situations effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions
- Attention to detail and strong observation skills
