Job Overview:

Glo30 Old Town Alexandria is looking for an enthusiastic Spa Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our spa in Alexandria, VA. The ideal candidate will be a positive leader who is passionate about wellness, customer service, and building a strong community within our spa.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the spa, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service

- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive environment for members and potential members

- Build and lead a team of spa staff, providing training and support as needed

- Increase retention through exceptional service and personalized experiences for each guest

- Drive sales by promoting spa services and products, and grass roots community marketing strategies

- Maintain a clean and organized spa space, ensuring a safe and relaxing environment for all guests

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a spa, fitness or wellness center

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences

- Knowledge of spa services, products, and industry trends

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed

- Strong communication and organizational skills
