As part of our team, you'll greet and assist clients, maintain the salon, and embody the Glo experience. Prior sales experience is a plus!

LOCATION: 1350 COLLEGE AVE., STE 105, BOULDER, CO 80302

Requirements:

• Stoop, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds
• Quick on your feet for cleaning and client assistance

Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Meet/exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Stay motivated and driven by numbers
• Make appropriate recommendations based on client needs

Customer Service:

• Provide exceptional service at all times
• Create a unique experience for clients
• Go above and beyond for existing and potential clients
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment

Cleanliness & Maintenance:

• Maintain overall salon cleanliness
• Participate in deep cleanings
• Take pride in the workplace environment
• Communicate equipment issues

Compensation:

• Blended pay: $18-$21 (hourly bonus included in range)
