Glisten Dental Studio is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Gilbert, AZ

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns
- Maintain patient records and update information in the dental office system
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with insurance claims processing
- Collect payments from patients and provide them with receipts

-Billing and collecting form insurance companies

- Able to organize front office and develop new ideas for an efficient work flow
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient office operations
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a dental manager/consultant/biller/receptionist 10 years
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Knowledge of medical administrative support software such as Epic, eClinicalWorks, or Eaglesoft
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software
