GLISS - General Labor & Industrial Staffing Solutions is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Tualatin, OR

Interested in a Front Office Receptionist position that pays $20-$22/hour to start?

Multiple companies in the Portland-Metro area are looking to bring full time and part time receptionists to their teams ASAP. These positions range from $20-$22/hour and require answering phones, greeting customers, using a computer, and more. There are temporary and permanent openings depending on what the candidate is looking for.

Front Office Receptionist Job Duties:

· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

· Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments

· Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members

· Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and photocopying documents

· Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

· Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary

· Assist with special projects as assigned

You will enjoy this job if you like an active workday in a fast-paced environment, where your day goes by quickly!

Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, 9am-2pm (Possible to move to full-time/40 hours when covering another shift)
  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Front Office Receptionist Requirements:

  • Ability to work 30-40 hours a week
  • Be comfortable bending, reaching, twisting throughout your shift
  • Comfortable working in an office environment.

Pay: $20-$22/hour
