We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our fitness team as a Part-Time Small Group Fitness Trainer. The ideal candidate is not only passionate about fitness but also committed to the success of our members. An idea candidate is eager to help people, learn, and wants to grow into a full-time role at a small company looking to expand.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging small group fitness classes with a focus on motivating and supporting participants.

- Collaborate with other trainers to create a positive and inclusive team environment.

- Provide personalized attention and guidance to all participants during sessions

- Integrate injury prevention strategies into training programs.

- Demonstrate the ability to adapt and modify workouts for a wide range of client fitness levels, ensuring everyone gets a good workout.

- Utilize a rehabilitation background to address and adapt exercises for individuals with specific needs.

Requirements:

- Certified fitness trainer with experience in leading small group sessions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Team-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively.

- Desire to grow into a full-time role with expanded responsibilities, including personal training.

- Passion for helping individuals achieve their fitness goals.

- Preferred experience in injury prevention techniques.

- Rehabilitation background is considered a significant plus.
