Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join our team. As a Packer, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are packed and prepared for shipment in an efficient and accurate manner. This is a vital role in our warehouse operations, and we are looking for someone who is committed to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Duties:
- Pick and pack products according to customer orders
- Ensure that all items are properly labeled and packaged
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of packed items
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to prioritize packing tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area daily.
- Assist with inventory management, including counting and restocking items as needed
- Load and unload shipments as necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
