Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care facility. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, assessing their health status, developing care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status upon admission and as needed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and resident preferences.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor for any adverse reactions.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and update medical records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care plans.
• Educate residents and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs) and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to nursing care and resident safety.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Provide emotional support and promote a positive environment for residents, families, and staff members.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good-standing, Colorado is a compact state
• New grads welcome!!!
