Glenwood Hot Springs Resort is Hiring a Lodge Front Desk Agent - FULL TIME & PART TIME Near Glenwood, CO

Starting at $21.50/hour Do you have experience? Let us know! We pa y for experience! Primary FunctionProvide excellent customer service to our guests while working as a team player with other Glenwood Hot Springs properties/departments.
Reporting And AccountabilityFront Desk Agents report directly to the front desk supervisor and in their absence to the Assistant Lodge Manager or Lodge Manager.
AuthorityThe Front Desk Agent has the support and authority necessary to carry out the responsibilities and tasks described in this job description and other responsibilities of the Lodge, as delegated by the Lodge Manager.

Physical Requirements
- Adequate physical agility to perform the physical tasks required to operate the lodge front desk including ability to operate a computer, type and stand for long periods of time up to several hours at a time.
- Able to push, pull, carry and lift up to 30 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and follow verbal or written instructions in English.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Capability to learn and follow all Lodge Front Desk policies and procedures accurately
- Positive attitude with guest satisfaction as primary goal
- Adequate computer skills to be able to learn and perform necessary department computer tasks (data entry and retrieval in hospitality system application.)
