The cabinet finisher is someone that knows how to spray stain and paint onto cabinets, they are required to know how to sand the finish and apply top coat. If they know how to make samples (getting a sample and being able to replicate it) it would be a plus but not required. Have to keep their area clean. Sometimes they will be helping load and deliver the finished cabinets.
