Description

The Second Shift Supervisor will assist in leading all daily receiving, shipping and warehouse department activities and processes with direction from management. In this position, the Second Shift Supervisor must communicate and work closely with members of management to ensure that operations run seamlessly.

Responsibilities

• Assist and lead all of the second shift day to day activities with direction given by management
• Oversee the warehouse workflow to ensure operations run smoothly
• Communicate and work closely with all warehouse department managers
• Comply effectively with company work and safety rules
• Continually meet assigned standards
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Support other warehouse positions
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, report any safety hazards
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills
• FOID Card, required for Illinois residents
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, climb, stand or walk for long periods of time
