• Communicate with clients about design goals, understand their styles and create/explain design concepts of outdoor furniture pieces to them.
• Develop and manage a department budget with a focus on profitability.
• Maintain a database of client profiles and always look for new trends to present to them.
• Use computer models to create renderings of property designs with furniture.
• Anticipate client reactions to new designs and have alternate suggestions.
• Develop a budget for each proposal.
• Develop relationships with outdoor furniture vendors so they will assist in design and promotion of new innovative offerings.
• Oversee delivery and installation of furniture/décor.

• Strong sales and customer service skills with ability to engage and inspire our clients and become the trusted expert.
• Understanding of landscape design, interior design, furniture procurement.
• Demonstrated creativity in finding the cutting edge trends and latest and greatest offerings.
• Vendor management experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
