Glendale Home is looking for RNs
This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to start a career in a beautiful, home-like facility.
As a County employee, you would be eligible for NY State Retirement.

To qualify, applicants must meet the minimum qualifications below:
- Graduation from a school of nursing approved by the New York State Education Department from a course approved by such department as qualifying for Registered Professional Nurse and
- Possession of a valid license issued by the State of New York to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse
- Good knowledge of nursing principles and their relation to medical and surgical practices and skill in their application;
- Working knowledge of health facility dietetics, sanitation, and personal hygiene; skill in the application of nursing techniques and practices; good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to understand and follow technical oral and written instructions;
- Ability to keep records and make reports;
- Ability to carry out the therapeutic measures prescribed; ability to plan and supervise the work of others; empathy; tact.
