Glenbrook High School District 225 is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Substitute Nurse.

The primary purpose of the Substitute Nurse is to maintain continuity of care while providing direct professional nursing services, first aid, and emergency care to students and staff in response to the nursing assessment and in accordance with professional standards, school policies and procedures, and state and local mandates.

This position is not eligible for benefits.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Required current Illinois Registered Nurse License
• Required of a minimum of an Associate's degree in Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Required current Certification in CPR and knowledge of the use of AEDs
• Preferred school-based experience.

COMPENSATION

• The hourly rate for a Substitute Nurse is $32.78.
