Job Overview: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient towing services to our customers. This is a physically demanding role that requires excellent driving skills and the ability to handle various towing equipment. Duties: - Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations - Perform vehicle inspections and document any damages or issues - Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment - Secure vehicles properly to ensure safe transportation - Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their needs - Communicate effectively with dispatchers and team members - Perform basic automotive diagnostics and minor repairs, if necessary - Maintain accurate records of services provided Qualifications: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Commercial driving experience preferred - Knowledge of flatbed and tow truck operations - Mechanical knowledge and ability to perform minor repairs - Familiarity with automotive diagnostics is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Ability to load, unload, and secure vehicles safely - Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles - Forklift certification is a plus Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications - Opportunities for career advancement within the company If you are a skilled Tow Truck Driver with excellent driving abilities and a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.
