Glen Raven is recruiting for an Industrial Engineer which will establish a system to develop and ensure accuracy of job specification for all hourly position in the Material Solutions Group network on an ongoing basis. This role will drive cost/productivity improvement initiatives as assigned by leadership. Provide network support for identifying and implementing best practices. Utilize a standards-based approach to solve problems, drive continual improvement, and maintain performance. Recommend, direct, facilitate, and perform analysis, studies, and related actions aiming at improving safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency at assigned Materials Solutions Group manufacturing sites. Facilitate, monitor, visualize, and drive KPIs for assigned manufacturing areas / sites. Participate as a member of the divisional support team to advance the general well being of the Glen Raven Material Solutions Group.
