Education: Completion of course work for bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Counseling or a clinical related mental health field

Experience: Minimum of one (1) year experience in related disciplines with behavioral health hospital experience strongly preferred.

Additional Requirements: Handle with Care and Verbal De-Escalation training within 30 days of appointment and prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. CPR Certification. Certification may be obtained during new hire orientation.
