Founded in 1890, Glen-Gery Corporation is one of the nation’s largest brick manufacturers and operates ten brick manufacturing facilities and one manufactured stone facility. Glen-Gery products are sold nationally through a network of over 500 distributors as well as in Canada.

Glen-Gery, a leading brick manufacturing in the United States, currently has an opening for a talented Customer Service Coordinator. Responsibilities for the Coordinator include coordinating product shipments, preparing bill of lading documents and maintain shipping records. Along with Customer Service, this person will also have Dispatching responsibilities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Key point of contact for Customers and Sales via email and phone
• Provide customers with product information and availability
• Processing orders/samples and handle revisions as necessary
• Back up other Customer Service/Dispatch Team members
• Prepare Quotes and Credits in system to start approval process
• Participate in Inventory Stock Takes

Essential Skills and Experience

• 2 years’ customer service/office experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer service oriented and self-motivated
• Good organizational, math, clerical and computer skills including MS Word, Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems
• Previous experience in coordination of deliveries preferred
• Knowledge of masonry products and other building materials would be beneficial
• Minimum high school diploma with some relevant college coursework preferred
