Job Function:

The Retail Coordinator is responsible for calculating, verifying, and then processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner in compliance with company policy. This position will require you to work with vendors and other company departments to reconcile statements, resolve discrepancies, and address past due invoices. This position will also be responsible for assisting when Supply Center Managers are on vacation and processing invoices at that site. In addition, this role will assist with month-end closing activities as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Establishing accurate information regarding every aspect of order entry. Including but not limited to; Accounts, bill to, ship to, product, pricing, opportunity, quotes, dates, allocations, …. etc.
• Communicate via phone/email to remote departments and customers.
• To Identify orders that cannot be processed without additional information, documentation, or clarification, and flag the order accordingly.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with managers and supervisors across the site.
• Generate and update reports where required.
• Inventory tracking and counting as needed.
• Review daily non-P.O.’s and freight P.O.’s, check shipment numbers for correct work location, validate freight invoices and code to correct general ledger and then send out to the Masonry Supply Center.
• Create credits that have no impact on inventory. These credits range from job settlements, price adjustments and no charge items billed in error.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge of business principles, customer service, accounting, marketing, manufacturing processes & materials, inventory control, quality assurance
