We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health. As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing patient appointments, coordinating treatment plans, and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments

- Coordinate treatment plans with dentists

- Educate patients on treatment options and financial obligations

- Ensure accurate and timely billing and insurance processing

- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
