Glass Baron is the preeminent maker of fine quality, hand crafted glass art giftware, jewelry, ornaments, and military licensed products. Founded in 1974, Glass Baron currently employs some of the world’s finest artisans/glass designers and is currently celebrating 50 years of business.

Our products are all handcrafted by our Master Glass Artisans with its own intricate design. Through creative collaboration of Glass Baron marketing, designers, and our Master Artisans we create innovative one of a kind gifts. We have a quality control team that checks for imperfections in the glass in every step during the production process. To make our pieces unique we use a variety of methods from sandblasting, painting by hand, layering 22kt gold and by using genuine crystals in our products.

We are looking for representatives to service our locations throughout the US. The ideal candidate is one who enjoys travel (some overnights), is friendly and socially interactive, likes to have the freedom to create their own schedule, is a problem solver, and can represent Glass Baron in a professional manner.

This is a part-time position (20-24 hours per week) but offers the flexibility of creating your own daily schedule on a two month call cycle. The idea candidate will have experience in merchandising, retail/wholesale inventory integrity, customer service, interaction with all types of managers and store personnel, reliable transportation, and the ability to work unsupervised. Must be detail oriented, organized, proactive and have a basic knowledge technology i.e. cell phone, Google Drive, email etc. Occasional heavy lifting, moving boxes, stooping, bending, standing for long periods may be involved.

• Pay is $15 Hourly – Full Pay while driving and in store, Monthly Car Allowance, Monthly Phone Allowance, and Corporate Gas Card

• Flexibility: Make your own schedule based off of required visits – 25 hours per week, (one month on one month off) and an occasional deviation from the territory for special projects, new store openings, and resets requiring specific dates and times.

Job Responsibilities:

• The ability to Read Planograms and reorganize product according to the provided planogram as well as identify any missing inventory.
• Install and build any case presentations as well as installing lightbulbs, light strips, and properly displaying glass art giftware according to the provided planogram.
• Build and Maintain relationships with store managers for the locations that you manage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Retail merchandising experience is a plus.
• Must have excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with store management, and Glass Baron.
• Must be technically savvy and have internet and a smartphone.
• Must have reliable transportation, proof of insurance, and be able to travel 3-4 days per week during daytime hours.

Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to stand, walk, use hands/fingers, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, and occasionally climb a ladder to repair or replace display lights. Product resets can be physical in nature. Reset activities could include removing items from shelves, moving shelves, building fixtures and displays, reorganizing the products according to the planogram provided, replacing shelf tags, filling new products, and retrieving additional stock when necessary.

• For this position, you'll be required to visit 23 store sites primarily located in Colorado.
• Some overnight travel required
