Glas-Col, LLC is Hiring a National Account Manager Near Terre Haute, IN

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets on a national level.

2. Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

6. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and progress updates to the leadership team.

7. Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and clients.

8. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

9. Travel as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and strengthen business relationships.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

· Proven experience as a National Account Manager in a similar industry.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

· Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

· Knowledge of laboratory equipment and solutions is advantageous.

· Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

· Ability to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
