**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in working one-on-one with young children to join our team. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive ABA services to a specific child in their home, overseeing all aspects of their treatment plan and collaborating closely with the child's family.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs), to identify the specific needs and strengths of the child.

- Develop and oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles, targeting areas such as communication, social skills, behavior management, and adaptive functioning.

- Provide ongoing supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or ABA therapists delivering direct services to the child.

- Conduct regular in-home visits to observe therapy sessions, collect data, and monitor progress.

- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of intervention strategies and make data-driven decisions to modify treatment plans as needed.

- Collaborate closely with the child's family members to ensure consistency and generalization of skills within the home environment.

- Provide training and support to family members on implementing behavior management strategies and techniques.

- Maintain regular communication with the child's family to provide updates on progress, discuss any concerns or changes in behavior, and answer questions about the treatment plan.

**Qualifications:**

- Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, special education, or a related field.

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a BCBA with young children, preferably in a home-based setting.

- Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques, with experience in conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing implementation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with the child's family and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
