At Gladwell Orthodontics in Wake Forest, we will do everything we can to make our patients feel comfortable and at home! Our office offers the latest in orthodontic technology, all designed to provide our patients with the best orthodontic treatment and experience possible. Our team consists of caring, highly trained professionals who are ready to provide exceptional service for each patient.

Responsibilities

As an Orthodontic Scheduling Coordinator, you play an important role in our office and perform a wide range of responsibilities, to include:

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect insurance for all new patient appointments.
• Collect all monies due for services rendered.
• Develop and maintain doctor schedules as necessary.
• Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
• Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans and financial options. 
• Responsible for Account Receivable
• Answer phone calls with positive and welcoming tone.
• Cross train as barista for our in office Charity Cafe 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
