Glades is Hiring a Healthcare Recruiter Near Lexington, MA

```Duties```
- Source, screen, and recruit healthcare professionals for various positions within the organization
- Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment

```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Healthcare Recruiter or similar role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo, ADP, or UltiPro
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate job offers and manage candidate expectations
- Proficient in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications
- Solid understanding of healthcare industry regulations and requirements
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates and lead generation
