Glacier Range Riders is Hiring a Suite Attendant Near Kalispell, MT
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Be able to stand for an extended amount of time (up to 6 hours)
- Ability to lift 25-35 pounds on occasion
- Comfortable dealing with large crowds
- Will be in attendance for all home games
- Arrive 2 hours prior to game time
- Knowledge of Suite Setup and Menus as well as opening and closing procedures
- Will be responsible for delivering all Food and Drink items for the Suites, dugout clubs, Team Meals.
- Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
- Assist upper management by having full knowledge of menu item recipes and proper serving sizes
- Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of the Suites
- Provide the highest quality of customer service by welcoming guests and interacting with a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain and track daily inventory
- Adheres to all food safety procedures
- Ensure staff follows responsible alcohol management policies
