Do you enjoy helping people? Here at Glacier Hills Credit Union, you will be making a difference in helping people reach their financial goals each and every day! We are currently looking for someone to join our Member Services team to work about 25-30 hours per week at our Hartford location.

As a Credit Union Teller, you will be providing exceptional face-to-face service to members through prompt, friendly and efficient handling of routine account transactions and inquiries, and creates a positive experience for each member in the branch setting. This position is also responsible for securing, maintaining and balancing cash.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide a “WOW” experience for our members by presenting a positive, friendly, and respectful attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond meeting their needs.

You will utilizing Help Culture skills in each member interaction to focus on member needs in order to maximize their relationship potential. You will be taking ownership of the member you are servicing. Listening, asking questions and assisting the member through any situation presented

Process routine member account transactions, primarily over the teller line

You will be receiving, processing, and posting member financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Conducts all transactions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
