• Business Development through MRO(replacement) and retrofit lighting sales; clients anything from commercial office properties and hotels to schools and university systems.
• Lead generation through networking, email, telephone, prospect database creation and good old fashioned cold calling.
• Creation and maintenance of sales pipeline.
• Develop relationships with manufacturer partners, agents and potential labor partners for turnkey projects.
• Specifying products: Focus on solution-selling and make recommendations to create value utilizing both lighting and controls solutions, building bills of material and proposals
• Conduct energy audits and have knowledge of local utility rebate programs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
