Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Landscape Designer to join our team. As a Landscape Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the transformation of landscapes. We realize there is a big difference in salary gap here. This will be explained and examined through out the interview process.

Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for their outdoor space
- Create detailed landscape designs using software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite. We are open to other softwares as well.
- Conduct land surveying to gather accurate measurements and assess site conditions
- Develop comprehensive plans including hardscape elements, plant selection, irrigation systems, and lighting
- Prepare construction documents and specifications for implementation
- Collaborate with contractors and oversee the installation of landscape projects
- Provide ongoing support and guidance during the construction process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in landscape design

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in landscape design, preferably in a professional setting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Sketchup, and Adobe Creative Suite. Or Other.
- Strong knowledge of plant materials (we have a work around if not), hardscape elements, and irrigation systems
- Familiarity with local regulations and codes related to landscape design (We can help train here)
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for creating visually appealing designs. Or Other.
- Ability to build and implement landscape designs from concept to completion
- Knowledge of land surveying techniques for accurate measurements and site assessment
- Familiarity with CAD software such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D for creating detailed plans (Added bonus, not 100% necessary)
- Passion for creating aesthetically pleasing outdoor spaces
- Experience using Sketchup for 3D modeling of landscape design. Open to Others
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate design concepts to clients

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
