Night home health aide or certified nursing assistant wanted! We are looking for someone interested in working 12 hour shifts 6pm to 6am. You can choose how many nights a week you want to work!

Responsibilities

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
• Assist with the patients’ activities of daily living as well as personal care.
• Light housekeeping
• Meal preparation
• Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) according to plan of care.
• Remind patient of to take medication as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of services.
• Communication with the patients’ family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient. 

• Current CPR certification
• TB testing
• Ability to monitor vital signs.
• Dependable transportation

• 1 years of experience working in a clinical or home health setting.
• 1 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a clinical or home health setting
• 1 years of caregiving experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
