• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Providing assistance with mobility and transferring, including the use of mobility aids and equipment.
• Administering medications under the direction of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.
• Monitoring and recording vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Adhering to all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations governing home care services.
