We are currently seeking a Staffing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the talent acquisition process. As the Staffing Manager, you will collaborate with our internal and external clients to understand their workforce requirements, develop job descriptions, create recruiting strategies, review and screen potential candidates, make hiring recommendations, and manage the employee onboarding process. This role is responsible for all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process for both full-time and temporary employees, ensuring that we have a highly skilled and qualified workforce to meet our business needs.

The ideal candidate for this position has a strong background in human resources, talent acquisition and staffing, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions in a timely manner. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and evaluate candidate criteria
  • Create talent acquisition strategies to effectively attract, evaluate and select candidates
  • Source candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events
  • Conduct interviews and screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers
  • Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Coordinate and manage the temporary placement process, ensuring the smooth transition of employees into selected assignments
  • Monitor the performance and satisfaction of employees to ensure client expectations are met
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to temporary employees, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or similar role, ideally in staffing or a talent focused service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations
