Givens, a leading warehousing company, is seeking a friendly and reliable Assembly Technicians to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will assist with the movement of SXS (side by side), AKA all-terrain vehicles throughout our warehouse facilities.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys an active role in a dynamic and growing industry.
We are looking for a self-motivated assembler to join our warehouse department. If you are a hardworking individual who can complete tasks successfully with little to no supervision, and have mechanical ability then we are interested in you.
In addition to having excellent written and verbal communication skills, our ideal candidate must be able to demonstrate outstanding physical fitness and the ability to withstand repetitive motion throughout the entire shift.
Candidates are preferred to have at least 1-5 years of mechanical experience. Duties consist of final assembly of SXS (side by side), AKA all-terrain vehicles.
Final assembly includes assembling the roll cage, connecting battery and cables. Duties will include removing the unit from the crate once assembled and sanitation.
Candidates will be working with hazardous chemicals such as gasoline and battery acid. Candidates must be able to lift, shift, and push weight up to 50 lbs.
In addition, this position requires the following abilities : sitting, standing, walking, twisting, and bending. Will be required to read, write, and use basic math skills when handling products.
