Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate Beauty Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beauty cosmetics sales and exceptional customer service skills.

Duties:
- Sell beauty products and cosmetics to customers
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs
- Demonstrate product usage through effective product demos
- Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers to build lasting relationships

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in beauty cosmetics sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively
- Sephora or Ulta experience is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage and assist customers
