Join us! As our next Regulatory Specialist, As a member of the Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety (RAPS) team reporting directly to the RAPS NOAM organization. You will ensure product compliance, managing documentation, provide technical feedback all while working in a matrix organization within a global team.This position is located in East Hanover, NJ.
In this exciting role you will be responsible for:
  • Respond to regulatory requests from internal and external clients;
  • Develop relationships with customer's safety and regulatory contacts to facilitate business relationships;
  • Ensure product submissions are in strict compliance with customer requirements, global regulations and Industry standards;
  • Coordinate appropriate documentation generation to meet internal and external customer requirements, participating in the management of the regulatory documentation;
  • Develop detailed understanding of all applicable regulations;
  • Provide technical feedback and instructions to assist creative community in creating, selecting or, modifying submissions to meet regulatory requirements;
  • Help develop routine procedures, system development and global or regional projects for the regulatory function.
This will involve working with external partners, internal customers and regional regulatory bodies on regulatory matters. You will bring your expertise to the team and to our customer, to use true business partnership opportunities for our business. You will also be an important contributor to our customer relationships to deliver the best technical consulting to our main B2B customers.
Required Qualifications:
  • College degree
  • 2 years of experience working in Regulatory roles in Fragrances or in a similar position;
  • SAP and Excel knowledge (macros);
Additional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree with a technical background in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related.
