As a Graphic Designer in our East Hanover, NJ location, reporting to the Creative Vision and Innovation Direc-tor, you will provide multi-medium creative graphic design support. If you have a true passion and aesthetic vision to translate ideas into inspiring graphic design solutions this could well be your perfect opportunity. In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create innovative design solutions to bring our fragrances to life.

You will:

• Develop visual and content storytelling solutions through stylistic design composition.
• Digitally deliver compelling creative solutions applying design multi-medium techniques to elevate the fragrance narrative.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various creative design creations inclusive of packaging
• design, promotional kit development, conceptual mood boards, video storytelling, visual merchandising, and stylized presentation graphics/templates.
• Support the development of corporate branded promotional materials for internal and external use.
• Communicate with the global design community to share design techniques, visuals and branded collateral.

Your professional profile includes:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic/Multimedia/Visual Art/Design, or similar field
• 1 years Graphic Design experience preferably in beauty, social media, CPG, ecommerce-based environment
• Proficient in: Adobe Creative Suite(Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat), Powerpoint, Video
• editing techniques, UX design preferred not required
• Knowledge/strong interest of fragrance market, consumer and social media trends preferred
• Creativity and flexibility to manage diverse design requests
• Strong project management, communication, typography and content creation skills
• High conceptual ability, partnered with strong design aesthetics
