You will be an important link between our sales organization and production partners, focused on developing and reinforcing best practices related to the commercialization of fragrances for production; maintaining relationships with our cross-functional partners (Sales, Supply & Demand Planning, Production Planning, Customer Care, Quality) through fluid collaboration and communication of FF NOAM commercial priorities. We expect there to be periodic travel between Givaudan’s North America fragrance sites (located in New York City, East Hanover, Mount Olive and Towaco).

You will report to: Regional Commercial Manager & CI Lead
What You'll Do:Sales Training
- Support Regional Commercial Manager in onboarding and continued education of the sales organization
- Help cultivate a numbers-knowledgeable sales organization: provide education on systems, reporting and Indicators, determine and reinforce best practices to facilitate brief management and data integrity
Data Integrity & Continuous Improvement
- Support Regional Commercial Manager on continuous improvement projects
- Enable sales & management to make decisions related to resource allocation, new business models and ways of working
Supply Chain & Operations
- Maintain FF NOAM relationship with production site:
- Communicate daily priorities and projects
- Ensure streamlined processes between creative and production sites
- Oversee delivery of forecasts and other relevant information
- Troubleshoot quality and production issues with partners
- Interface with clients on matters of planning, production, and risk mitigation
Professional Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytic or operations role
- Excellent MS Suite skills including Excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPoint
- Passion for end-to-end process optimization
- Comfortable with data entry and analysis
- Comfortable interacting with multiple parties daily
