Girls on the Run serving Maricopa & Pinal Counties is dedicated to creating a world where every girl knows and activates her limitless potential and is free to boldly pursue her dreams. We inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running. In the last 20 years we have served more than 18,000 local girls, and just this spring more than 1,500 girls participated in our programming at more than 100 sites across the Valley. Position Profile
The Girls on the Run serving Maricopa & Pinal Counties Program Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality implementation of Girls on the Run programs at elementary schools, middle schools, partner organizations and community sites in Maricopa & Pinal Counties. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Program Outreach and Site Management
Coach Management and Training
Program Management
Organizational Support

Program lessons typically occur in the afternoon immediately upon school dismissal making availability on afternoons during the spring season critical. Most work takes places Monday – Friday at the Girls on the Run office, but some weekends and evenings for offsite events or meetings are required. These may include but are not limited to: coach trainings, info nights, committee meetings, outreach events, the Girls on the Run 5K and Limitless Potential Brunch.

Compensation and benefits:
This is a full-time exempt position offering a salary of $50,000 - $55,000, health insurance, a generous PTO plan, professional development opportunities and a flexible and supportive work environment that embraces the Girls on the Run Core Values.
