The Health Supervisor Coordinator role is a position that moves our mission forward and helps change lives. 

The Role - Health Supervisor Coordinator 

This is a part-time role working 10-20 hours per week during camp season and 5-10 hours per week in the off season. Travel is required in this role. You can expect to travel to the council's various camps and gathering places within the Chicagoland area.
What you will be doing: 

  • Review and summarize current camp medical reporting and administration procedures. 
  • Identify opportunities for automation in camper medical registration. 
  • Identify opportunities for automating management of disbursement of medicines to campers onsite. 
  • Create policies and procedures that are wholistic in design and implementation of same across the council.
  • Communication with camper families to complete medical information by deadline.
  • Review camper medical information for accuracy and according to directions.
