Camp Winona is seeking a Business and Logistics Director to join their sleep-away camp team.
Position is seasonal from – May 24 - August 11 (flexible scheduling available)
The business and logistics director is responsible for the overall business and financial operation of the camp. They must learn, understand, and practice risk assessment around camp; supervise the operation of the camp office; oversee the camp finances.
Salary starts at $555 a week for residential staff and $15.25 per hour for commuter staff.

Excellent with children, ages 5-17, and equally skilled at working with adults of all ages
Sensitive to people of other cultures and all abilities

Love being outdoors and willing to work outdoors in the heat, humidity, and rain
Prepared to live on-site during employment in rustic cabin accommodations (no electricity, internet, or flushing toilets)
Aren’t bothered by dirt, bugs, or sunscreen

About Camp Winona
Camp Winona allows girls in grades K-11 to explore the wonders of the outdoors in a fun, safe, traditional camp setting. Located 35 miles southeast of Washington, DC, in Hughesville, MD, Winona offers a wide variety of programs ranging from weeklong themed specialty activities to two-night minicamps. Winona is owned and operated by Girl Scouts Nation's Capital, the largest Girl Scout council in the country. This summer, following our enhanced health and safety guidelines, girls will safely explore all camp has to offer, including swimming in the pool, tie-dying, exploring nature, teambuilding challenges, and taking aim at target sports.
